well-organised hotel with river views of the lake and exceptionally polite staff. a storage space, coffee and a kettle in the room, easy and lovely location. all the staff were happy to help. outstanding food, especially large breakfast.

Also, location was peaceful, not too far from an Anglican church. The staff were happy to help, they care about everyone.

Fairly clean hotel with pleasant and attentive staff and a good value. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location very close to the sea and car rental, and neat room. The early check-in process too.

The super nice team and friendly, really went out of their way to. The bed was nice and quiet too, perfect for my needs. I loved the meal options, way better than my last visit. And i enjoyed the pool and gym facilities.
The room could have used a bit more space, felt a little cramped. There wasn't enough signage for parking, annoying.

Clean, new bathroom, comfortable bed.
Very crowded, lots of garbage around the hotel, parking lot not locked, breakfast good - unfortunately so many people that you have to queue for places.

Gorgeous river views, excellent leisure facilities, convenient location near motorway
The check-in process was chaotic. Waiting 20 minutes while also dealing with a malfunctioning key card was frustrating!!! Noise from neighboring rooms and outside traffic hampered relaxation !!! Attention to cleanliness, particularly regarding carpets, definitely needs improvement!!!

We took the opportunity to have beauty treatements on the Friday afternoon, after we had arrived and the service and treatments were fantastic! We decided to have room service on the first night, complete with delicious red Italian wine.We also had full breakfast delivered to our room the folloiwng day, and enjoyed time in the leisure spa during the afternoon. All in all it was a wonderful relaxing break.
